Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide its core functionality, the App includes a settings menu where you may choose to save the following information: First Name, Last Name, Department of Defense Identification Number (DODID), Phone Number, and Email Address. This information is stored strictly locally on your device. The App does not transmit this data to the Developer, nor is it stored on any remote databases or servers owned by the Developer.

How Your Information is Used (Form Prefilling)

The sole purpose of storing your information in the App’s settings is to generate a URL request that automatically prefills a web form for the Joint Enlistment Enhancement Program (JEEP).

• Domain Pointer: The App utilizes the domain https://nmngjeep.com/, which points to webforms hosted on smartsheetgov.com.

• User-Initiated Transmission: Your data remains on your device until you explicitly choose to execute a form submission. When you submit a referral through the App, the URL request sends your prefilled information directly to the target form. Once submitted, this information is used strictly to track referrals and contact the referring party.

Smartsheet Gov and Third-Party Policies

The referral website is powered by Smartsheet through their government-specific platform, Smartsheet Gov (smartsheetgov.com).

• Governing Policies: Once you submit data via the webform, that information is governed by the privacy and data handling policies of the New Mexico National Guard and Smartsheet.

• App Store Analytics: Standard, anonymous usage statistics (such as crash reports or download counts) may be gathered automatically by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. It is specifically designed for New Mexico National Guard service members and adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.

Data Security

Because your personal information is stored locally on your device, the security of this data relies on the security measures you have enabled on your mobile device (such as a passcode, biometric lock, and device encryption). We recommend keeping your device secured to protect your information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
